This rod and reel set is made up of an 8ft WSB Telespin Rod and a WSB GR8 150 reel. This provides an ideal combination for spinning and lure fishing for species such as mackerel, pollock and coalfish around the UK coastline.

This WSB Telespin rod extends to 8ft in length and can be used to cast lures weighing 25 – 50 grams (just under 1oz – 1.5oz) meaning it can be used to cast a wide range of spinners and lures or strings of mackerel feathers and daylights. It can also be used for float fishing. This rod collapses to approximately 24 inches (60cm) in length and a tip protector and cloth bag are included.

This rod is paired with a WSB GR8 150 spinning reel. This reel features rear drag construction and a single ball bearing. The reel also has an ambidextrous right/left handle, an anti-twist line roller and comes pre-spooled with 15lb breaking strain monofilament fishing line.
