This is a set designed for spinning and lure fishing around the UK and can be used to catch mackerel, pollock, bass and coalfish. The Lineaeffe Drago 270 Telescopic Rod is 8.75 ft (2.7 metres) long when fully extended, but collapses to around 24 inches (60cm), making it easy to store and transport. These rods have a recommended casting weight of 20 – 50 grams (0.75 – 1.75 oz) meaning that they can be used to cast the most popular size of spinners used by UK anglers. These rods feature a screw-winch reel seat, foam grips and comes complete with a tip protector. The reel which this rod is paired with is WSB’s GR8 150 reel. This medium-sized spinning reel is rear-drag with single ball bearing construction and comes pre-filled with 15lb monofilament line.
